MapleMutts is a small, local dog-care business run by Ellen Raven in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to care for your dog and arrange your booking, and we never sell your information. This policy follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
Your name, email, phone and, for in-home visits, your address. We also collect details about your dog such as breed, age, vaccination status, medications and care notes, so we can look after them properly.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm bookings, send booking and payment updates, and care for your dog safely. If you leave a review, we may publish it with your first name and town.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the site and take payment, such as our website host, database, email provider and payment processor. They only see what they need to do their job, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@maplemutts.ca and we'll sort it out.
