These terms cover booking dog care with MapleMutts (Ellen Raven, Oro-Medonte, Ontario). By requesting a booking you agree to them.
Bookings
Sending a request does not confirm your booking. Ellen reviews each request and confirms by email. Nothing is charged until your booking is confirmed.
Payment
You can pay by Interac e-Transfer, credit or debit card, or cash. A deposit may be requested to hold your dates, with the balance due before or at the start of the stay.
Cancellations
Cancel 48 hours or more before the booking for a full refund. Inside 48 hours a small holding fee may apply. Plans change with dogs, so talk to Ellen and she'll be fair about it.
Your dog's health and safety
Dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations. Please tell Ellen about any medical needs, medications, allergies or behaviour so she can care for your dog safely. In an emergency, Ellen will seek vet care and contact you as soon as possible; you are responsible for vet costs.
