Every recovery stay starts with a free Meet & Greet. Bring your dog's medication, your vet's instructions, and anything that helps them settle. Ellen will walk through the routine with you, agree the schedule, and confirm she's comfortable with everything before the stay — so you leave with genuine peace of mind.
